Here at Barn & Willow we have always been very considerate about selecting the finest fabrics and from the finest mills for our products. We also try to avoid synthetic materials like polyester, nylon and select from fabrics that are also as natural as possible. This is one of the reasons the Barn & Willow color palette has been a comprised of quality linens. The story of our Masters of Linen certified linens come from mills that have stood the test of time.
We hope you have heard about the exciting launch of our new Organic Cotton range, an addition which to us, was the most natural extension of our existing linen line.
This new offering is one we are proud of because organic fabric is an option which uses less water than its traditional counterpart and is free from harmful chemicals such as herbicides and GMO's which harm wildlife eco-systems. It is also GOTS certified with environmentally safe standards. Purchasing products made from organic cotton funds the ethical and responsible growth of a crop which does not pollute the farmers who grow it or the local wildlife who stand to benefit or be harmed by residual poisons.
In addition to the environmental and safety benefits of this cotton we are also launching it in more than 10 colors, all soft neutral hues to compliment our family of linen shades. The new organic cotton is not only available on our drapes but in our roman shades as well. Samples and swatches are ready to ship and give you an opportunity to feel and see the texture, color and weight up close.
Organic Cotton textiles are also ideal for children's room, spaces in the home where many parents are acutely concerned with safety, this makes for an ideal choice.
