An Ode to Black Window Frames

We love LOVE black window frames. They're sleek, classy, and look great with any decor style. Black window frames also have the added benefit of blending into the background, so they're perfect if you have a great view. Since we don't think that black window frames have enough love (after all, white window frames are everywhere!), we put together a few of our favorites for inspiration.

With thick black trim against white walls, the view out the window is almost like a beautifully framed photograph.

In an all neutral interior, the pop of black adds a spot of drama and interest to the bedroom.

Don't even underestimate a window treatment's ability to soften (or otherwise influence a space). These billowy curtains do their part to soften the bold black window frame.  Get the look with Belgian Flax Linen Curtains in Optic White, your window will thank you.

Black wall length windows, paired with black draperies against a white painted brick wall, combine for a fresh yet industrial look.

The black window trim here accents the tall windows and pairs perfectly with the roman shades, giving the room and understated sophistication.

Dark grays and blacks are also very on trend at the moment but if you don’t want to put it all over the walls, then just painting the window frames can be an effective nod to a style.
